Terms of Service

By creating an account or using re-zoo-me ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Give us an email address you actually control — it is the only way we can reach you.

One person, one account. Do not share an account, and do not create one on someone else's behalf without their say-so.

Nothing. The service is currently free to use, with no trial period and no payment details required. If we ever introduce paid features we will say so clearly beforehand, and we will not retroactively charge for work you have already done.

Your resumes are yours. Uploading one does not transfer ownership. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your resume, parse it, send it to an AI provider for scoring and tailoring, and show the results back to you. That permission ends when you delete the content.

Upload only content you have the right to upload, and only your own personal data or data you are permitted to share.

Parsing, Fit scores, keyword analysis and tailored bullets are generated by AI models. They are frequently wrong in small ways and occasionally wrong in large ones. Treat every one of them as a draft.

This is why the setup flow asks you to check the parsed version of your resume before anything is built on it. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you send to an employer under your name. We do not warrant that a Fit score predicts an outcome, that a tailored resume passes any applicant tracking system, or that using the service will get you an interview or a job.

Listings shown in the app are collected from public sources. We do not control them, do not verify them, and are not party to any application you make. A listing may be stale, duplicated or withdrawn by the time you see it. Always check the original posting before applying.

• Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to anyone else's account.
• Do not scrape or bulk-extract data from the service, or resell access to it.
• Do not upload malware, illegal content, or another person's data without their permission.
• Do not use the service to misrepresent your qualifications.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. It is actively developed, which means features change and occasionally break. We do not guarantee uptime, and we may change or discontinue any part of it. If we shut the service down we will give notice and a window to export your data.

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost opportunities, or for any employment outcome arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can delete your account at any time, from settings. We may terminate an account that breaks these terms. On termination your right to use the service ends and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
